Swim Meet 101
Items to Bring to Swim Meets
- Child/Children dressed in their Landen Meadows swim suit and Landen Meadows T-shirt
- Landen Meadows cap and well fitted goggles
- Bag with towel, backup goggles, water bottle, snacks, etc.
- Copy of the HEAT SHEET and a Black Sharpie to write the events on your child's arm prior to warm-ups
- Cash for the concession stand:)
- At Home Meets, pizza and water will be served to all swimmers following the meet.
